overview

these terms & rules apply to everything under caesar - our Discord server, website, in-game, etc
by using caesar, you're agreeing to follow them

agreement

when you access or interact with caesar, you agree to:

• read and follow both these terms & rules
• have read and understood our privacy policy
• understand that caesar staff can terminate accounts at their discretion
• be at least 13 years old to use caesar; users under 13 will be removed

rules

1. have common sense
2. do not post or share NSFW, gore, or any other kind of bad content
3. do not post any links that are malicious and/or lead users offsite

   Discord, Twitter, TikTok, and other social media links are allowed. be cautious of what you click

4. be respectful of others
5. cheating / exploiting / hacking is not allowed

   this includes griefing in building games

6. do not share the personal information of yourself or others
7. keep swearing to a minimum & do not use slurs
8. do not use alternate accounts to farm money, namesnipe, etc. if we find out, all your accounts will be terminated
9. in certain cases, you might be held accountable if someone you invited breaks the rules
10. do not spam messages, whether it is in-game, in our Discord server, or on our website

    this includes mass-pinging in our Discord server

and remember: just because something is not listed here or explicitly stated doesn't mean it's allowed

appeals

if you believe a punishment was unfair, you can reach out to us via Discord to request an appeal. some punishments may be marked as non-appealable

we reserve the right to take action against your account if you fail to follow our terms of service and/or rules
